Hi everyone! I'm Isabel and I help manage the office and support Irimiya's amazing therapists with their administrative work/tasks, so they can focus on your healing and growth! I handle everything administrative, manage the office and address billing issues. You will likely get an email from me from time to time when there are updates or changes at Irimiya, if you need a superbill or any other paper documents. It's an honor to support staff and clients in any way I can. Fun facts about me: My favorite color is yellow. I love to travel and I love me a good elote!
Isabel joined Irimiya shortly after opening its doors. She has been dedicated to helping grow Irimiya through marketing and social media. She is extremely social and passionate about helping others. She goes above and beyond to help clients with unrelated clinical tasks or issues and is always willing to give a helping hand. We love her bright soul! She will gladly get you some coffee, tea or a nice cold drink when you visit the office. If we are out of chocolates, let her know and she’ll be more than happy to refill the candy bowl. Feel free to say hi to her at any time!
As our clients, we believe it is important to have the ultimate privacy and to not be labeled by a diagnosis with insurance companies. This is something every insurance company requires and can be a barrier to treatment. Please know if you choose to use your insurance there are restrictions to your privacy.
Individuals with other PPO Insurances not indicated above, can receive a document called a Superbill. If you have a PPO insurance, you MAY be able to submit the Superbill to your PPO insurance and they MAY reimburse you for the amount or partial amount you paid for therapy. This is called an “out of network” benefit. You can check with your insurance company before to see if you have “out of network” benefits.
