youth impacted by ICE raids - Support Group
About This Group
Mondays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
This support group is designed for children of immigrant families who have been directly or indirectly impacted by ICE raids. These experiences can create deep feelings of fear, confusion, sadness, and uncertainty. The group provides a safe, supportive space where children can process their emotions, build coping skills, and connect with others who have gone through similar experiences.
Through age-appropriate activities, discussions, and creative expression, children will learn:
How to recognize and express their feelings in healthy ways
Coping strategies for anxiety, stress, and sudden changes
Ways to strengthen resilience and a sense of safety
How to connect with peers for mutual support
The goal of the group is to help children feel less alone, regain a sense of stability, and develop tools to navigate the challenges that come with living in families affected by immigration enforcement.
adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse - Support Group
About This Group
Mondays, 12:00 - 1:15 pm
This support group is a safe and welcoming space for women who have survived childhood sexual abuse. We know that the effects of those experiences can last into adulthood—showing up in feelings of shame, difficulty trusting others, struggles with relationships, or a sense of being alone with your story.
Here, you don’t have to go through it by yourself. Together, we create a space of understanding, respect, and compassion. Through group discussions, supportive practices, and connection with others who have walked a similar path, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Share your experiences at your own pace
Learn tools for coping with triggers and overwhelming feelings
Build healthier boundaries and relationships
Discover strength, resilience, and self-compassion
Reduce feelings of isolation by connecting with supportive peers
Begin to let go of shame and rediscover self-worth
Our goal is to help you feel less isolated, more supported, and empowered on your healing journey.
teen sexual abuse support group - Support Group
About This Group
Next cohort begins November, 2025
This support group is for teens who have experienced sexual abuse and are looking for a safe and supportive place to heal. Experiencing sexual abuse can leave lasting impacts—like feeling anxious, ashamed, disconnected, or unsure who to trust. Many teens also carry the weight of silence, afraid to share their story or worried about being judged. This group is here to remind you: you are not alone, and healing is possible.
Led by trained facilitators who understand the effects of trauma, the group provides a caring and confidential space where you can:
Talk openly (at your own pace) with others who have been through similar experiences
Learn practical tools for managing anxiety, flashbacks, and overwhelming feelings
Build resilience, confidence, and healthier coping skills
Explore healthy boundaries and what safe relationships can look like
Reduce feelings of isolation by connecting with supportive peers
Begin to let go of shame and rediscover self-worth
Each session includes a balance of discussion, grounding techniques, and activities that encourage healing in a way that feels safe and manageable. Participation is always at your comfort level—you decide how much or how little you want to share.
Our goal is to create a community of support where teens can begin to rebuild trust, strengthen their sense of self, and find hope for the future.

Empower, Flourish, Thrive, Survive, it's all possible
Strength is the ability to be vulnerable. Strength is asking for help. Strength is keeping hope when it seems hopeless. Strength is motivation when you have no direction. Strength is choosing to love yourself even when you feel unlovable. Strength is displayed in many ways, but it's the choice to move forward even though it hurts that encompasses internal strength.
