Welcome. You matter here. As a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journey from trauma, I offer a holistic approach to address the complex effects of PTSD, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and dissociative disorders. Utilizing an empathetic and trauma-informed approach, I help individuals reclaim their sense of safety, agency, and well-being. Healing from trauma is a deeply personal and courageous process. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Having worked extensively with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence, I understand the profound impact these experiences can have on your sense of self and relationships. I work with individuals of all backgrounds who have experienced sexual assault, intimate partner violence, emotional abuse, and coercive control. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), somatic therapy, and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to support survivors in their healing journey.
I believe in your inherent strength and capacity for healing. My role is to walk alongside you, providing the tools and support you need to rediscover your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and create a life rooted in safety and authenticity.
At the heart of my approach is a deep respect for your pace and your story. Trauma is stored in both the mind and body, so our work may include talk therapy, body-based awareness, or imaginative exercises to help reintegrate parts of the self that have felt fragmented or exiled.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your needs. Whether you're seeking support for trauma recovery or exploring how EMDR and somatic therapy can aid in your healing process, I am here to support you every step of the way.
