My work centers on helping survivors understand how trauma impacts the mind and body, reduce trauma-related symptoms such as anxiety, hypervigilance, dissociation, and emotional overwhelm, and rebuild a sense of safety, empowerment, and self-trust. I approach therapy with sensitivity to the unique challenges survivors face, including shame, fear, grief, and difficulties in relationships.

I utilize evidence-based, trauma-focused modalities tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from approaches such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. I believe healing occurs through collaboration, and I strive to honor each client’s strengths, resilience, and lived experience.

I work with adults and adolescents navigating the effects of past or ongoing abuse, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and supportive, while also providing structure and practical tools to support lasting change.

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially after trauma. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your sense of safety, voice, and agency, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and meaningful.

Previously, she worked as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at the Parent Child Therapy Clinic, where she provided therapy services to children and adolescents.
