My name is Abigail, but you can call me Abby. We all have a story, and you get to decide if and when you want to share yours. I’m here to listen.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent and highly sensitive people (HSPs) who are living with trauma, Complex PTSD, dissociation, or nervous system overwhelm. Many of the clients I support feel disconnected from their bodies, flooded by emotions, or unsafe in the world. My role is to offer a gentle, trauma-informed space that honors your nervous system, your sensitivities, and your unique way of experiencing life.
My approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and deep respect for your pace. I integrate EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, CBT, Expressive Arts, and Sand Tray Therapy to help you process experiences that may be hard to put into words. These methods allow us to work with both the mind and body—supporting emotional regulation, releasing stored tension, and creating new pathways of safety and connection.
In our work together, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body and emotions in ways that feel safe and empowering. Sand tray and expressive methods offer a creative, non-verbal way to explore your inner world, especially helpful for those who process visually, intuitively, or somatically.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, shut down, fragmented, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to do this alone. Healing is a deeply personal and transformative process. Together, we’ll build safety, strengthen resilience, and help you rediscover your inner calm, self-trust, and capacity for joy.

Abby is a Bilingual Clinician that utilizes somatic-based techniques, narrative therapy, IFS, EMDR, trauma-focused CBT and art therapy strategies to aid her clients in their healing journey.
Abby has worked closely with many adolescents and Spanish-speaking clients that have a history of trauma and struggle with symptoms of PTSD. As a Hispanic therapist, Abby shares a passion to work with Spanish-speaking clients and offer therapy in Spanish as this is an underserved yet high-need population in Ventura County. Abby hopes to destigmatize receiving mental health services for the Hispanic population.
Abby worked passionately with adolescents at Nordhoff High School during her traineeship and internship. She dedicated her clinical skills at the school’s wellness center where she helped facilitate group therapy and activities for middle schoolers. Abby will utilize artistic interventions that include different forms of art and music that can help adolescents explore and express their emotions.
Abby worked at Help of Ojai where she conducted intake interviews to assess client needs and make appropriate referrals. She aided in providing immediate and long-term help to low-income families, individuals and older adults that resided in the Ojai Valley.
