“Leave your insecurities with me as you free yourself from past wounds and build self-compassion and confidence”

- Tatyana

I specialize in working with adults who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether you're navigating a significant life transition, facing challenges in your career, relationships, or personal development, my goal is to provide a supportive, empathetic, and safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with the intention of creating positive transformation.

Life transitions—whether they’re a career change, a relationship shift, moving to a new city, or dealing with the loss of a loved one—can be overwhelming. I work with individuals who are committed to doing the necessary work to understand themselves more deeply, overcome obstacles, and step into the next phase of their lives with confidence and clarity.

I believe that transformation begins with a willingness to look inward. My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based techniques to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change. We will work together to identify patterns in your life that no longer serve you, and I will support you in creating healthier habits, mindsets, and coping strategies.

I’m here to guide you through challenges, help you reconnect with your core values, and empower you to make decisions that align with your authentic self. Through self-reflection, skill-building, and actionable steps, we will work collaboratively toward achieving your personal goals.

I have a deep passion for supporting adults through the transformative and sometimes difficult process of navigating life’s transitions. I believe that with the right support, individuals can turn challenging situations into powerful opportunities for growth and renewal. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness my clients’ personal growth as they step into new chapters of their lives, with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.

If you’re ready to do the work and are seeking a compassionate, goal-oriented therapist to help you through a life transition, I invite you to schedule with me. Let’s explore how you can move forward with strength and resilience, making choices that truly reflect who you are and who you want to become.
