Hi, I'm Ada and I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma in many forms, including emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, neglect, domestic violence, teen dating violence, and narcissistic relationships. My clinical focus also includes PTSD and C-PTSD, particularly when rooted in relational and developmental trauma. I am deeply committed to supporting survivors as they process these experiences, rebuild their sense of identity, and learn to trust in their own worth and voice again.

Relationships are powerful—they can nurture us, shape our self-esteem, and provide safety and belonging. But when relationships are unhealthy, they can also leave behind painful scars. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they are “not enough,” that they are a burden to others, or that their worth is defined by the acceptance or rejection of those around them. Living with this constant pull for approval can feel exhausting, isolating, and never-ending. Survivors of damaging relationships often struggle with shame, self-doubt, and the painful belief that they have no value. If this resonates with you, I want you to know that you are not alone—and healing is possible.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I believe the foundation of healing begins with a safe and supportive relationship, which is why I create a judgment-free space where your feelings and experiences are validated and respected. I meet clients exactly where they are on their path, honoring their pace while encouraging growth and resilience. While I bring my training and expertise into the room, I view you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—to help you uncover your strengths, navigate your pain, and move toward a place of greater empowerment, peace, and self-acceptance.

One of the main approaches I use in therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective and evidence-based method for healing from trauma. EMDR helps the brain process painful memories in a new way, reducing the emotional intensity and allowing clients to move forward without being as weighed down by the past. Combined with other trauma-informed approaches, EMDR can support deeper healing, strengthen resilience, and help you reconnect with your sense of safety and self.

I believe healing from trauma is not just about surviving, but about learning to thrive. Together, we can work toward releasing the weight of the past, reclaiming your worth, and building healthier relationships with yourself and others.

  • Ada has been working as a mental health therapist for close to 15 years in California and Colorado. She specializes in working with adult daughters of narcissistic mothers and adult survivors of narcissistic abuse. Her passion stems from working with adults and adolescents; trauma (emotional, physical, sexual, neglect), PTSD, C-PTSD, narcissistic relationship and domestic violence/teen dating violence.

She has worked in both private practice and clinical settings, helping individuals who are in relationships with narcissistic partners, family members, and coworkers. Ada utilizes a strength-based and person-centered approach to help individuals navigate the complexities of narcissistic relationships. She tailors her therapy techniques to each client's unique situation, blending various modalities to address emotional, psychological, and relational dynamics. Her methods emphasize both self-care and relational empowerment, guiding clients toward healthier boundaries and stronger self-worth.

Throughout her career, she has provided school based therapy, in home therapeutic services, case management, and in office therapeutic services. Providing therapy services in various settings allowed me to provide effective collaboration between social workers, foster parents, school psychologists, CASA Workers, school counselors, Guardian Ad Litem, mediators, and other therapists. I have worked predominately with youth and families focusing on trauma and trauma related symptoms (depression, anxiety, PTSD) and at-risk youth.
