As a trauma therapist dedicated to helping youth and adults heal from the lasting impact of trauma, I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person—not just the thoughts and emotions, but also the body and nervous system where trauma is often stored. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and parts work to help clients process unresolved experiences with compassion and curiosity. Together, we work to understand protective patterns, reconnect with the body, strengthen self-awareness, and cultivate a greater sense of safety, balance, and authenticity.
I have a passion for working with teens and young adults who are navigating the challenges of identity development, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of childhood or ongoing trauma. I also specialize in supporting adults healing from childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship wounds. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing dissociation, depersonalization, and derealization, using a stabilization-first, parts-oriented approach to foster internal safety, connection, and integration.
I strive to bring warmth, steadiness, and genuine compassion into every session. I understand that healing takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move beyond survival, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Daisy's most recent clinical experience was at Childhood Matters, where she worked with youth who had experienced trauma. There, she developed a thoughtful, grounded, and compassionate therapeutic presence while helping children and adolescents process difficult experiences and build resilience. This foundational work strengthened her commitment to trauma-informed care and continues to shape her approach to therapy today.
She is deeply committed to serving the Latinx community and helping reduce barriers to mental health care by providing bilingual, culturally responsive services. During her graduate training at Pepperdine University, Daisy participated in the Aliento Program through The Center for Latinx Communities, an initiative dedicated to addressing the individual and collective mental health needs of Latinx communities. Through this specialized training, she further developed her skills in cultural humility, trauma-informed treatment, attachment-based interventions, family therapy, crisis intervention, and community-centered care.
In addition to her clinical experience, Daisy has facilitated group therapy for tweens and teens within the school district, helping adolescents strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthy coping skills, and build meaningful connections with their peers. She also served as a teacher within the Juvenile Detention Facility, where she supported at-risk youth navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, and systemic barriers. These experiences strengthened her ability to build trust, foster resilience, and meet young people with compassion during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Daisy has also volunteered as a bilingual advocate with One Step a La Vez Teen Center, where she provided emotional support, active listening, and resource coordination for community members experiencing hardship. Her warmth, empathy, and ability to build authentic relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds reflect her deep commitment to creating welcoming and inclusive spaces for healing.
Daisy brings a calm, genuine, and compassionate presence to every session. She believes healing occurs through safety, connection, and authentic relationships, and she is honored to walk alongside her clients as they move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.
